I started as an artist, and that shapes how I approach design. I like exploring ideas, working through details, and refining solutions as I go.

Over time, my focus shifted from "making things look good" to making them actually work — for users and for the business. I think about how features connect, how systems scale, and how design decisions drive adoption and retention.

I also work close to code and use AI tools to prototype and iterate quickly. It helps me move ideas into something real, test them, and refine from there.

Experience

Designer & Developer, U of Michigan

Project · January 2026 – April 2026

I collaborated with developers and the Disability Equity Office in an Agile team to build and launch a 0–1 mobile app for campus accessibility reporting.

I designed and developed the app using React Native and AI-assisted prototyping, delivering key features and WCAG-aligned accessibility support to improve reporting efficiency and inclusivity.

UX Designer, Jack

Internship · May 2025 – August 2025

I collaborated with the Design Director and Product Manager to drive product strategy around adoption, subscription value, and revenue growth.

I designed for early-career job seekers, redesigning key pages and AI-driven features to improve clarity and engagement, increasing conversion and reducing churn.

Visual/UX Designer, ZhongAn Insurance

Internship · June 2024 – August 2024

I collaborated with the Design Director and Product Manager to align on strategy, focusing on reducing support workload and improving satisfaction and retention.

I led the design of an AI-powered assistant for insurance policyholders, developing features to improve clarity and navigation, increasing resolution rates and satisfaction rates across 600,000+ users.

Designed event branding and key visuals (print & digital) for IQVIA Healthcare Summit 2023, ensuring brand consistency across materials for 400+ attendees from 50+ companies.
